From the very first strokes of the pen, as an estimator within the team, you are responsible for determining the cost price to creating a detailed work budget. Drafting general site costs, thinking along regarding alternatives and optimizations, and translating the program of requirements also belong to your tasks. Furthermore, you analyze construction methods and cost implications and contribute to a constant improvement of the estimation department. The projects are diverse: from ground-bound housing for a housing association to complex (high-rise) projects.

You possess at least an MBO level of work and thought (civil engineering/construction) and have at least 3 years of experience. Your communication skills, both oral and written, are excellent and you are accurate, take initiative, are proactive, and want to continue developing yourself. You have an affinity for automation. The will to keep up with new developments is a must.
