Within our new Purchasing Expertise Center, we are looking for someone to administratively manage the hiring process. As a purchasing administrative assistant at the Leasing Desk, you will manage everything regarding temporary hiring, from request to contract, for all operating companies within the Construction & Real Estate division.
For every leasing assignment, you determine the correct process flow: which route must this request follow and what is required for that? You check if everything is complete and meets internal guidelines, draft contracts, and ensure that files remain organized.
You keep an eye on all ongoing leasing assignments. Is something expiring or does something need to be extended? You see it coming and ensure that action is taken in time.
In this role, you have a lot of contact with colleagues within the various operating companies, the finance department, and an external party that advises us on laws and regulations regarding hiring. Colleagues know how to find you with questions about the hiring process; you help them on their way and provide clarity.
You think along about how we can improve the hiring process. Additionally, in consultation, you offer supporting activities within the Purchasing Expertise Team. In this way, you develop a broad view of purchasing within the organization.
Thanks to your structured way of working, you contribute to a smooth and reliable hiring process.
Then we are curious about you! You can apply directly via our website using the application button below the vacancy.
