Journalism Talent Traineeship

What can you expect from us?
The journalism talent traineeship lasts 6 months, one day a week, and takes place every Friday. We offer:

• Have a great passion for news and broad general knowledge. You follow current affairs closely.

• Are curious by nature, ask questions everywhere, and can tell stories like no other.

• Have a demonstrable affinity with media. You touch people with your texts, videos and/or podcasts.

• Are willing to dive into the field of journalism for six months (one day a week) through training and shadowing at various DPG Media editorial offices.

• Training by experienced experts focused on basic journalistic skills. For example, you will receive training in writing a news report, interviewing and writing training.

• A solid foundation for your network and portfolio.

• The chance to discover your journalistic dream.

• An experienced mentor from one of our (news) titles.

• The possibility to transition into a trainee role at one of our titles.
