The Challenge
As a Service Sales Representative, you will work in a dynamic, multichannel environment. You advise customers about our news brands and magazines via telephone, email, and chat. Whether it is a complex delivery complaint or a question about a subscription, you listen sincerely and think in solutions. With your empathy, you build a valuable connection. You advise customers, via telephone, email, and chat, about the benefits of their subscription and offer suitable extras, ensuring the customer always feels valued.

Your Profile
