Talent Management Working Internship

Start in February 2027 as a Talent Management intern at our office in Utrecht and Amsterdam. During this internship, you will contribute to strengthening the learning and development culture within the Northern Europe cluster and support the team with various Talent Management activities, such as our annual performance cycle, onboarding, learning & development and employee engagement. 

What you will be doing: 

• You will support the development and implementation of initiatives in the fields of Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. 
• You will actively contribute to the organization and communication of training, workshops and other learning activities for employees within Northern Europe. 
• You will coordinate parts of the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring that new colleagues get off to a flying start. 
• You will manage the Talent Management Team mailbox and ensure smooth follow-up of questions and requests. 
• You will work together with various stakeholders within HR and the business and gain insight into a wide range of talent and development issues.

• Studies: You are enrolled in a HBO or WO program (BSc. or MSc.) throughout your entire internship period, preferably in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or a similar field of study. 
• Skills: You are proficient with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and communicate fluently in both Dutch and English. 
• Personality: You are curious, proactive and eager to learn. You work in a structured manner, take initiative and switch easily between different stakeholders. Both working independently and collaborating in a team suit you well. 
• Commitment: You are available from February through July 2027, with the possibility to extend your internship until August. This concerns a working internship in which you gain practical experience and become an active part of the team. 
• Availability: You are available for 4 or 5 days per week. You will primarily work from our offices in Utrecht and Amsterdam, with the possibility to work from home one day per week.

• A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time)  
• Travel allowance if you do not have free (student) public transport 
• Paid vacation days during your internship period
