Talent Sourcer

To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer who helps with finding, approaching, and connecting technical talent. You will be given the space to work independently, actively build talent pools, and play an important role in creating a structural influx of candidates for our organization.

• Actively searching for candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing channels.

• Drafting and sending personal and engaging messages.

• Establishing contact with potential candidates and gauging their interest.

• Conducting initial introductory interviews and mapping talent.

• Building, managing, and expanding talent pools within the ATS.

• Following up with candidates and monitoring recruitment funnels to gain insight into results and conversions.

• Proposing suitable candidates for current and future vacancies within PBT.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will learn how to not only find talent but also structurally connect it to an organization. You will work with professional recruitment software, build valuable networks, and contribute directly to the growth of our organization.

• A part-time position of 2 to 3 days per week.

• Plenty of freedom to shape your own sourcing activities.

• Guidance and support from the Recruitment Business Partner.

• Working with a professional Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.

• Interest in recruitment, sourcing, or labor market communication.

• A proactive attitude and enjoyment in approaching people.

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

• A structured and accurate way of working.

• Curiosity about technical roles and target groups.

• Independence, perseverance, and a sense of responsibility.

• Experience as a recruiter, sourcer, agency worker coordinator, or HR professional is a plus, but not a requirement.
