Amsterdam- Do you have a passion for payroll administration and extensive knowledge of salaries, regulations, and tax issues? Do you want to use your expertise to support colleagues and improve processes? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?
You are the linchpin in the HR Payroll team, part of the HR Service Center. Together with three other professionals, you ensure that salary mutations are processed correctly and that payslips are always accurate for the employees of DPG Media.

You manage the complete payroll administration and actively take on complex issues. You set up new administrations and launch them in AFAS, ensure a flawless reconciliation with the financial administration and the pension fund, and identify improvements in existing processes. Without your sharp eye for laws and regulations and your proactive attitude, processes will experience delays, and necessary innovation will be lacking.

You will do this by

• To perform analyses in the field of Payroll and/or HR setup.

• To proactively think along about the development of (software) solutions.

• To implement new laws and regulations and changes to CAOs.

• To continuously work on efficiency and quality.
