What will you do as a Payroll and HR intern in Heerhugowaard?

What you'll do

During your internship at aaff, you will truly be part of the team and work on various assignments for our clients. These include start-ups, family businesses, and established companies. You will develop both your technical and professional skills, under the guidance of experienced payroll professionals.
Depending on your interests, you can gain experience in areas such as:

Periodic payroll processing
Sick leave notifications
Pension funds
Wage tax

This way, you will discover which field best suits you.

Supporting payroll processing, personnel administration, and advisory services.
Handling changes, arranging enrollments and terminations with pension funds, checking invoices
Advising clients (over time) on employment conditions and laws and regulations.
Collaborating on interesting and challenging assignments within Payroll & HR.
