As a Medior/ Senior Payroll Professional, you have a crucial role in the success of our clients. You are not only responsible for flawless payroll processing, but also a strategic partner who identifies opportunities and implements optimizations. You switch effortlessly between operational tasks and tactical advice, guiding clients and involved stakeholders in a continuously changing landscape of laws and regulations.

With your expertise, you contribute directly to the professionalization of payroll administrations and the strengthening of client relationships. You do not only advise, but also inspire by proposing innovative solutions, improving processes, and utilizing technology optimally. Additionally, you are a mentor for other payroll professional colleagues and help them grow in their roles.

• You manage and process complex payroll administrations for multiple clients.
• You advise clients on payroll processing, laws and regulations, and process optimization.
• You analyze and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• You coordinate and optimize payroll processes and the configuration of payroll software.
• You manage client relationships and act as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions.
• You guide and coach junior payroll professionals within the team.
• You actively contribute to innovation within payroll administration through the use of new technologies and automation.
