As a Payroll Administrator at NTS, you are (co)responsible for the monthly payroll administration and the associated pension and insurance administration. You work closely with fellow payroll administrators and HR Officers and report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager. You ensure that payroll processing is carried out correctly and on time and serve as a point of contact for employees with questions about their salary. Additionally, you actively contribute to improving processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Processing the monthly payroll administration, including pension and insurance administration;

• Processing changes regarding inflow, throughput, and outflow, sickness, and mobility;

• Analyzing and optimizing payroll administration processes;

• Answering questions from NTS colleagues regarding salary payments;

• Identifying changes in laws and regulations and proactively advising on them;

• Supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager with various tasks;

• Maintaining contacts with external parties, including pension funds, insurance companies, the Tax Authorities, and the UWV.

• More than 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment;

• 1 availability day;

• Work-from-home scheme: working from home 1 day per week with a net allowance of € 2.40 per day;

• Travel allowance of € 0.21 per kilometer (maximum 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs;
