Candidate Notary Real Estate

The Real Estate practice group has a dynamic practice, in which legal and notary services work together in an integrated manner. The notary part of this practice group covers all aspects of the notary side of real estate, including transactions, financing, ground lease matters, special forms of co-ownership, and renewable energy. The transfers and financing of, in particular, commercial real estate have been an important part of the practice for many years, where a fast and purposeful approach is a matter of course.

• Expanding the commercial practice, also at an international level.
• Independently taking on and handling files;
• Contributing to professional meetings (presentations, case law lunches, etc.);
• Acting as a sounding board for juniors and other colleagues;
• Thinking along about new products and (digital and AI) applications and their implementation;
• Supporting, and collaborating with, colleagues from other practice groups, such as lawyers and tax specialists.

Our areas of expertise include:

• Transfer and financing of real estate;
• Renewable energy;
• Ownership and ground lease structures (including special forms of co-ownership such as mandeligheid and apartment rights).

You are characterized by:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience;
• An authentic, strong, and energetic personality with a commercial inclination and flair;
• A practical mindset, solution-oriented, and a strong sense of entrepreneurship;
• Ambition to work in an international context;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written;
• A strong team player.
