What we're looking for
You are characterized by:
- At least a completed MBO-4 level education in, for example, Business Administration, Finance & Control, Financial Services, Accounting Administration, or a similar field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience within finance operations, treasury, financial administration, or accounting support
- A good basic knowledge of financial administration, financial systems, and operational processes
- Experience with bank reconciliations, payment processing, cash management, and general ledger postings
- Familiarity with banking platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- An accurate, organized, and proactive way of working, with an eye for detail and quality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with banks, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Integrity, discretion, and care when handling confidential financial information
- A team-oriented, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and escalate in a timely manner where necessary
Languages
- Fluent command of English and good command of Dutch

What you'll get
For this position, a salary scale applies with a maximum of € 60,000.00 per year on a full-time basis, depending on experience, knowledge, and skills.
The role
Do you like making a difference within an international and dynamic finance environment? As a Finance Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Benelux Accounting & Control team and support the Financial Controller Benelux in daily financial operations. You will work closely with colleagues within Finance and play an important role in ensuring the correct, timely, and efficient execution of financial processes.
In this versatile role, you will be involved in cash management, bank administration, third-party funds, and reconciliations. You will support the monitoring of liquidity positions, the preparation of internal transfers and payment proposals, and the identification of discrepancies in cash flows and bank transactions. Additionally, you will maintain contact with banks and act as an important link between the local Finance team and the Global Service Centre in Warsaw for Purchase-to-Pay and Cash Management activities.
With your accuracy, commitment, and proactive attitude, you will contribute to the continuity, quality, and further optimization of financial processes within the Benelux region.
What you'll do
- Processing, monitoring, and reconciling receipts and payments via third-party accounts, including posting bank transactions to the general ledger
- Assessing files and payment instructions in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines
- Contributing to audit and compliance documentation and ensuring correct financial administration
- Maintaining bank mandates, bank documentation, and bank accounts
- Managing user rights, authorizations, and signing authorities within banking environments
- Acting as a point of contact for banks regarding operational banking matters and providing support for payment-related issues
- Supporting month-end closings, internal and external audits, and various ad-hoc tasks for the Financial Controller
- Actively contributing to the further standardization, optimization, and improvement of financial processes within the Benelux region
