Trainee Notary Corporate M&A (0-3 years experience)

• You have a completed Master's degree in Notarial Law;

• You have 0 to 3 years of work experience as a trainee notary, preferably within corporate law;

• You have strong analytical skills and work accurately;

• You are communicatively skilled and a true team player;

• You are interested in the international arena and have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.

For the Notarial Corporate M&A team in Amsterdam, led by Kyoko Tollenaar and Remco Bosveld, we are looking for a trainee notary with 0 to 3 years of work experience. The team is young, energetic, and driven, with an informal and collegial atmosphere where professionalism and fun go hand in hand.

This team specializes in complex national and international mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate governance, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions. They advise (inter)national companies, including listed companies, on legal structures and assist with the formation of joint ventures, restructurings, and carve-outs. The dynamics of the practice require proactive thinking and a hands-on mentality. Although there is extensive collaboration with lawyers and tax specialists within AKD, the team maintains an independent practice.
