As a Senior Associate, you fulfill a central role in strategic files. You act as the primary point of contact for clients, play an active role in negotiations, and are responsible for transaction documentation and the daily coordination of transactions. Additionally, you guide junior colleagues in their development and actively contribute to the further growth and positioning of the practice.

You are proactive, client-oriented, can distinguish between main and secondary issues, and dare to make decisions. • Guiding national and international M&A transactions
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
• Actively participating in negotiations
• Coordinating the transaction process and managing the team
• Guiding and training junior lawyers
• Safeguarding the legal substance and quality

• 5-7 years of experience within an M&A practice at a comparable (Zuidas) firm
• Commercial and international mindset
• Proactive, energetic, and able to take responsibility independently
• Legally strong, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented advisory style
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Team player with entrepreneurship and ownership
• Grotius Vennootschaps- en Ondernemingsrecht is a plus
