The role
Are you ready to play a key role within a leading international team that combines corporate litigation, international arbitration, class action litigation, and ESG litigation with strategic impact?
This ambitious and successful team holds leading positions in these markets and advises international clients on complex matters with significant strategic, reputational, or financial impact.
As an Associate, you will play a key role within the team and work on challenging and strategic files. The role includes representing clients in court and beyond, conducting in-depth legal analyses, drafting and preparing procedural documents, and mentoring junior team members in their development. Contributing to publications and legal research within the team is encouraged.

What you'll do
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal analyses on complex files
- Drafting and preparing procedural documents and other legal documentation
- Representing clients in court and beyond, for example, in negotiations
- Mentoring and training junior team members within the team
- Contributing to legal publications and deepening knowledge in complex subject matter
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships in an international context
- Actively contributing to the further growth and development of the team
About You
- A solid foundation in property law and/or corporate law
- A strong interest in corporate litigation, arbitration, class action litigation, and/or ESG litigation
- A commercial and international mindset
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- A team player with strong collaboration skills
- A proactive attitude and a great sense of responsibility
- From 4 years to approx. 9 years of experience in (international) legal practice
