Student internship - Notary practice

The Notary practice forms an essential and inseparable part of the corporate law and finance practice. In addition to more classical notary work, the Notary practice is primarily involved with governance advice, M&A transactions, IPOs, and restructurings, often in an international context. As part of the Notary practice group, you will work closely with associates from other practice groups in Amsterdam and worldwide. Do you want to experience this firsthand? Do not hesitate to apply!
