As a Change Manager, you guide changes for our customers from intake through to delivery. You ensure clear preparation, good coordination, tight follow-up, and careful administration. In doing so, you work closely with customers, consultants, engineers, and suppliers. In short: You bring structure, connection, and progress to changes that contribute to a secure, efficient, and future-proof digital workplace for our customers.

• Directing the entire change process, from assessment and decision-making to implementation and handover to management.
• Performing impact, risk, and dependency analyses and advising customers and internal stakeholders on the optimal execution of changes.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers, suppliers, and service professionals, where you steer towards quality, progress, and results.
• Preparing and guiding both regular changes as well as business-critical changes, migrations, and transitions within Microsoft and cloud environments.
• Monitoring risks, compliance requirements, schedules, budgets, and contractual agreements throughout the entire change process.
• Continuously improving change processes through analysis, standardization, and automation of recurring tasks.
