Being a specialist in the Social Domain through experience with Suite solutions and contributing to the new generation of municipal services. You can do this as a Social Domain Consultant at Centric. In this role, you translate complex issues within the social domain into practical solutions that truly work for municipalities and their residents. You work on implementations, guide users, and advise organizations on working more efficiently and effectively. We are looking for multiple consultants to help our clients move forward within the Wmo/(youth) care. Furthermore, in the coming period, we face a large and beautiful challenge: onboarding many new and existing customers onto modern SaaS applications. Make these opportunities your work.
As a Social Domain Consultant, you guide municipalities during implementations, optimizations, and SaaS migrations of the Suites for the Social Domain. You advise on process design, support users in their daily activities, and translate customer questions into concrete improvements in both systems and organization. You are the substantive sparring partner for municipalities and know the work processes within the Wmo and/or Youth Act. You help in optimally deploying the Suites for the Social Domain, including chain processes such as iWmo and iJw. Within the Social Domain, we build software that helps municipalities optimally support residents in the areas of work, income, care, and youth care.
You guide implementations, optimizations, and SaaS onboardings.
You advise municipalities on process design within the Suites for the Social Domain.
You dive into Wmo/Youth processes and translate practical experience into smart configuration.
You provide training, workshops, and knowledge sessions.
You work closely with other consultants, product teams, and project managers.
You actively keep track of developments within the social domain and municipal services.
You are communicatively strong, solution-oriented, and you get joy from customer contact and innovation. In addition, you bring:
