Being the professional with a passion for the optimal deployment of applications within the Social Domain. You can do this as a Functional Administrator Social Domain at XCENT (part of Centric). You will also use your communication skills to align the needs of the Social Domain department with the functionalities of the application. Make these possibilities your work.

You play a crucial role in managing the systems for our public clients. The functionality and optimization of applications such as Suite4SociaalDomein or Suite4SocialeRegie are central to this. How do you do this? By effectively deploying your knowledge and experience at our clients.

• Translating technical possibilities into practical solutions

• Efficiently configuring the Social Domain applications

• Providing information and advice to management

• Resolving incidents

• Performing quality controls

As a Functional Administrator Social Domain, you will be employed by XCENT, part of Centric, and will be deployed at one or more clients. The diversity in work location allows you to get acquainted with many organizations. This allows you to continue developing within your field. Together with your Field Manager, you will draw up a development plan, and together you will determine which courses, training, and assignments suit your development wishes. Finally, you will become part of the Welfare professional group, in which knowledge sharing and mutual coaching with colleagues is central.

• A gross salary of €3,780 to €5,960 per month depending on knowledge and experience

We ensure a work environment where you can be happy and be valued. In return, we ask of you as a Functional Administrator Social Domain:

• HBO diploma and work and thinking level

• Knowledge of applications within the social domain (e.g., Suite4 applications such as Suite4Zorg, Suite4SociaalDomein, Suite4Jeugdzorg, Suite4Werk and Suite4SocialeRegie)

• Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• A critical eye to contribute to process improvement, both requested and unsolicited

• Communication skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented attitude

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the same role within the government

• In possession of a B driver's license
