The role

Who we are

Our journey began in 2014 with Chapter 1 of the energy transition, in which we wanted to make the market more transparent by connecting consumers directly with local, green energy producers.

Now, in Chapter 2, we are committed to making 100% green energy available 100% of the time. Think of smart solutions - flexible use of wind and solar parks, smart charging of electric vehicles, and efficient energy storage.

We don't wait around and we make an active contribution to a sustainable future, occasionally with a touch of rebellion.

Green energy, smart solutions - that is Vandebron.

Your impact

As a Marketing Project Manager, you play a crucial role within our Brand Marketing & Customer Experience team. You are not a creative maker, but the driven director and networker who bridges the gap between our marketing strategy and execution.

In this versatile role, you will divide your week across two important domains:

  • Campaign Project Management (~3 days per week): You are the driving force behind our (strategic) campaign calendar. You ensure that integrated campaigns are rolled out at the right time, to the right target audience, and within budget, with maximum impact on our marketing KPIs (such as brand awareness and consideration).

  • In-house Studio Management (~2 days per week): You hold ultimate responsibility for the inflow, assessment, and prioritization of all content and creation requests. You support the junior colleague who keeps the day-to-day business of the studio running, work closely with the Lead Brand Content, and ensure that our creative team and external freelancers can perform optimally and efficiently.

As a Campaign Project Manager

  • You develop a detailed marketing calendar for all online and offline channels based on market, customer, and sales data as well as internal input (such as product launches).

  • You plan, coordinate, and monitor campaigns from A to Z. You ensure that everything is delivered according to schedule, fully in line with our brand strategy and business objectives.

  • You work closely with internal teams (including Operations, Performance Media, Product) and external agencies/freelancers for flawless realization.

  • You have campaign analyses performed by internal and external experts, safeguard these insights, and continuously increase the ROI and the marketing channel mix.

  • You keep a sharp eye on ensuring brand guidelines (copy, image, video) are strictly followed and you manage the campaign budget.

As an Inhouse Studio Manager

  • You hold ultimate responsibility for assessing, refining, and prioritizing incoming briefings and assignments.

  • You manage and expand our freelancer pool, make agreements regarding rates, contracts, and working methods, and deploy them purposefully for campaigns.

  • You maintain an overview of the in-house team's capacity and (further) optimize the studio workflow for a smooth throughput.

This is how you make a difference

You are an organizational talent, analytically minded, and a strong communicator. You get energy from tight project planning, clear priorities, and connecting people.

Furthermore, you bring

  • At least 5 years of experience managing and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.

  • You are a true planner and director (not a creative maker).

  • Strong skills in the areas of project management and stakeholder management.

  • You work analytically, result-oriented, accurately, and have a sharp eye for detail.

  • A proactive, connecting attitude and strong organizational qualities.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.

  • An excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.

What we offer you

  • A salary depending on your work experience, between €5,000 and €5,800 gross per month, based on 40 hours, excluding holiday allowance.

  • An annual bonus based on the company's performance

  • 30 vacation days per year

  • Extra paid leave for special moments, such as a move, wedding, and extended parental leave. Additionally, you are off every year on Liberation Day AND you receive 2 extra free days: one for volunteering and one when you choose sustainable travel

  • Work from abroad for up to 6 weeks per year (maximum 4 consecutive weeks, of which a maximum of 4 weeks can be outside the EU)

  • The possibility to take a sabbatical after 3 years

  • €1,200 training budget per year + unlimited access to our L&D programs

  • Much attention to your well-being, with unlimited access to the mental health platform OpenUp

  • A pension scheme

  • Income protection via insurance for long-term disability

  • €50 net per month as an allowance for your phone and wifi

  • A one-time €200 budget for setting up your home workspace

  • A discount on your Vandebron invoice

  • Flexible hybrid working from home and our CO₂-neutral office in Amsterdam

  • Every day a free, healthy, and vegetarian lunch, freshly prepared at the office

  • An NS Business Card if you live 10 km or more from our office
