Are you an experienced bid professional who gets energy from winning new mandates? Do you enjoy coordinating complex tender processes, writing persuasive proposals, and collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines? Then this role as a Bid Manager is for you.

As a Bid Manager, you play an important role within the EMEA Bid Team. You are responsible for coordinating, writing, and improving high-quality tender and pitch documentation in both Dutch and English. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to winning new mandates and achieving commercial growth.

You work in an international environment, liaising with diverse stakeholders, and you receive plenty of space to further develop your project management and writing skills.

As a Bid Manager, you guide tender and pitch processes from start to finish. You coordinate the entire process, monitor deadlines, and ensure that all parties involved provide the correct input in a timely manner.

You work closely with colleagues from different business lines and support them in developing persuasive client proposals. In this process, you collect relevant information, translate complex content into clear and commercial texts, and ensure that every submission aligns with the client's needs.

Additionally, you write, edit, and optimize various documents, including tenders, pitches, presentations, capability statements, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and requests for preferred supplier lists.

You monitor the quality of all documentation and ensure a professional appearance that aligns with the Cushman & Wakefield brand identity. You also support presentation teams during preparations and rehearsals and provide feedback to further strengthen our propositions.

In addition to guiding tender processes, you actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and support less experienced colleagues in their development.
