In all of this, AI helps accelerate the bid process: from analysis and reuse of knowledge to more sharply formulating winning strategies and customer-oriented proposals.

As a Bid Manager, you are the connecting force between Sales, Delivery, Legal/BRM, QA, Finance, SMEs, and management. You help qualify opportunities, bring structure to complex trajectories, and ensure that the bid team works from a clear winning strategy from the very beginning. You monitor deadlines and compliance and challenge on content: is the solution correct, is the proposition distinctive, does the story align with the customer's request, and are we optimally utilizing our knowledge, references, and AI capabilities? In control, from the start of every trajectory, until the signature under the contract. Process, content, and the people working on it, everything falls under your care.

• A contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget between €5,500 and €6,500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week (this amount includes holiday allowance and mobility allowance);
