Payroll Consultant

As a payroll consultant, you help our clients with their payroll administration. You help them keep their organization running and allow it to grow. And in collaboration with other parts of Crowe, you help them with their digital transformation. In all of this, it is important that you are good at maintaining an overview. Do you know exactly what you must do first and what can wait longer? Then you might see yourself being a payroll consultant for our clients in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector.

• You help our clients who have an SME with their payroll administration;

• You advise them on laws and regulations;

• You process changes in the administration;

• You ensure correct and timely payment of salaries and allowances;

• You advise on improvements in the payroll administration;

• You learn from other payroll professionals in a team;

• You work closely with other colleagues at Crowe.

• You want to help our SME clients as well as possible with their payroll administration;

• You know how to establish good contact and build a bond with our clients;

• You can convey difficult information in an understandable way;

• You can analyze well and have an eye for small details;

• You are proactive and solution-oriented;

• You have at least two years of experience in a similar type of job;

• You enjoy working ad-hoc. Flexibility and the ability to switch quickly are therefore very important;

• You know the laws and regulations regarding payroll administration;

• You are curious about artificial intelligence and robotic process automation.
