Manager Financial Advisory Services

As Manager of our Compilation Practice in Den Bosch, you will work independently, build your own client portfolio, and supervise the assistants in your department. This gives you energy and satisfaction. With your hands-on and solution-oriented mentality, you are able to realize the ambitions of small and medium-sized enterprises. You are resourceful and creative, allowing you to shape your own career and lead the organization along with you. All this makes your work varied and challenging!

As an experienced Accountant, you actively contribute to and further expand the growth of the compilation practice in Den Bosch. You enjoy taking the lead in the full client trajectory, taking responsibility, and acting as a versatile interlocutor. You are valued for your expertise and are committed to building and maintaining sustainable and valuable client relationships. Additionally, you recognize opportunities in the market and know how to utilize them effectively. You take the lead in technical consultations, safeguard professional quality, and manage communication and collaboration within the team.

• You have experience in this field and are ready for the next step;

• You enjoy sparring with like-minded people and like working in a team; 

• You love structure, but also enjoy informal gatherings with colleagues from time to time; 

• You are a sparring partner for colleagues and clients; 

• You are co-responsible for planning and reviewing the compilation of annual accounts; 

• You actively contribute to the continuous optimization and digitalization of services; 

• You enjoy taking the lead on a variety of projects and like to share your vision and experience with the team; 

• You are able to be critical of your own work and that of team members, you signal potential problems in a timely manner, and ensure possible solutions are found;  

• You are proficient in the Dutch and English languages;

• You have completed an Accountancy degree with the corresponding title, possess extensive work experience, and work independently as an Accountant.
