As a Payroll Specialist at EY, you will get the opportunity to apply your payroll expertise within a professional, international environment. You will work for diverse clients and handle payroll administrations that demand accuracy, professional knowledge, and a good understanding of processes, laws and regulations, and technology. In doing so, you will deliver direct value to clients and contribute to the further growth of our payroll services.
In this role, you are an important sparring partner for clients and colleagues. You ensure that payroll processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently, think along about improvements, and translate complex issues into practical solutions. Whether it concerns Dutch payroll, international payroll, or process optimization: you see where quality can be improved and take the initiative to make it happen.

What you'll do
- Managing payroll administrations from A to Z for Dutch and/or international clients.
- Advising clients on payroll processes, relevant laws and regulations, and practical improvements.
- Reviewing payroll runs and safeguarding the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the service.
- Guiding junior colleagues and actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and helping to concretely implement improvements.
- Preparing reports, analyzing payroll data, and translating insights into clear actions for clients.
- Collaborating with international stakeholders and EY teams on integrated payroll solutions.

You will become part of an integrated Payroll team within EY People Advisory Services. Within this team, we bring together national and international payroll knowledge and work closely with colleagues from tax, consulting, and technology.
