A completed Master's degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law
You are following the NOB study or are willing to start following it
3-6 years of experience in a tax role, preferably fitting within Private Wealth
Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations and the ability to translate this knowledge into advice for clients
You have an eye for quality and detail, without losing sight of the big picture
You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience and can help others to grow, both clients and colleagues

As a Tax Consultant within Family Business, you make an impact for family businesses and high-net-worth entrepreneurs. Our clients can rely on us to develop tailor-made solutions that fit their unique needs and ambitions. Our multidisciplinary approach offers the entrepreneur broad expertise and practical solutions for all issues in the field of Family Business. This can involve strategic considerations such as business succession or restructuring. Also part of the advice are more personal matters such as wealth issues, the purchase of a second home, assessing prenuptial agreements/wills, or fiscal guidance during divorces. As a Tax Consultant within Family Business, you stand close to the entrepreneur and family, providing expert guidance and independent advice tailored to personal goals and wishes.

Supporting more experienced colleagues in preparing advice and/or tax returns. For example, preparing client presentations, proposals, and the preparation and checking of reports, documents, and other information required for tax advice and compliance.
Regularly evaluating the state of affairs against the intended goal and signaling any problems that arise to your project supervisor.
