You have a completed university degree (WO) in Tax Law or Tax Economics and preferably possess a completed NOB qualification;
You have at least 8 years of experience within tax advisory practice;
You combine strong technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;

You have experience in managing, coaching, and guiding colleagues;

As (Senior) Manager Corporate Tax in Den Bosch, you are an important sparring partner for entrepreneurs and organizations in the medium and large-sized business sectors, often active internationally. You are responsible for your own client portfolio, guide colleagues in their development, and actively contribute to the growth and positioning of our tax practice in the region.

You are the first point of contact for clients and advise them on complex (international) tax issues;
You build sustainable relationships with clients and act as a strategic sparring partner for entrepreneurs and management teams;
You manage tax advisory processes and monitor quality, progress, and returns;
You identify commercial opportunities, maintain your network, and actively contribute to the further growth of the practice;
You guide, coach, and develop employees and contribute to the further growth of the team;
You are an important knowledge bearer within the practice and stimulate professional development;
You follow tax developments closely and proactively translate these into practical and valuable advice for clients;
You work closely with colleagues from the various disciplines within Crowe and within the international Crowe Global network to provide clients with integrated advice.
