Junior ERP Project Leader

Do you want to become better at project management and does it interest you to do so within ERP implementations? You already have some experience with projects and client environments, but you are still fully engaged in developing yourself. That is exactly what we find interesting.

As a Junior ERP Project Leader within Crowe IT Solutions, you will get the space to further master the profession of project leader. You will participate in ERP implementations and, along the way, develop increasing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will work together with experienced project managers, consultants, and developers. You will receive guidance where necessary, but also increasingly more responsibility as soon as you are ready for it. In this way, you will grow step by step towards independently leading ERP implementations.

Our projects vary in size and approach and take place within diverse sectors, such as international trade, manufacturing, logistics, professional services, and financial services. You will work on both national and international projects for SMEs and large corporate clients.

You will learn how to properly organize and guide an ERP project. From the initial discussions and creating a schedule to monitoring progress and ultimately a successful delivery.

• You support the preparation, organization, and guidance of ERP implementation projects

• You are involved in client contact and learn to translate client needs into a clear approach and schedule

• Together with the project manager, you monitor progress, planning, scope, and action items

• You ensure that agreements are followed up on and maintain an overview of what needs to happen within the project

• You identify bottlenecks and risks and learn how to handle these in the right way

• You work together with consultants, developers, and other specialists within the project team

• You take on increasing responsibility for parts of projects

• You learn how to keep various stakeholders involved and manage expectations well

• You develop your knowledge of ERP implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• In the long term, you will grow into independently guiding and leading projects

You do not need to be an experienced project manager yet. We are looking for someone who already has a basic foundation, is curious, and wants to learn.

• You have a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking, preferably in business administration, IT, or a similar field

• You have approximately 1 to 2 years of experience with project-based working, for example as a junior project leader, project coordinator, consultant, implementation consultant, or in a similar role

• You have experience with external projects or client environments

• You enjoy working with different people and disciplines

• You are organized and love to create structure and overview

• You communicate easily and dare to ask questions

• You take responsibility and enjoy gaining more and more ownership

• You are curious about ERP and would like to deepen your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Experience with Business Central or another ERP system is a plus, but not a requirement

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Azure DevOps, or other project methodologies is a plus, but we do not expect you to be fully proficient in these yet

• You are open to feedback and want to continue developing yourself both professionally and personally

You will get the chance to learn the project profession in practice from colleagues who have been guiding ERP projects for years. At the same time, you will get space to gain experience yourself and take on more and more responsibility.

You will not only develop in project management, but also gain increasing insight into ERP processes, client issues, and the possibilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this way, you will build up the knowledge and experience step by step to eventually lead ERP projects independently.
