International Payroll Consultant

• You support clients with international payroll issues such as the 30% ruling, salary splits, and shadow payroll.

• You coordinate international payroll processes and ensure that changes are processed accurately and on time.

• You translate changes in (inter)national laws and regulations into clear, practical actions for clients.

• You answer client questions and coordinate with pension funds, insurers, and international agencies.

• You work closely with the Employment Advisory team to fully relieve clients of their concerns.

At Baker Tilly, you will work at the intersection of international payroll, global mobility, and advisory services. You support clients who are active worldwide and ensure that they remain fully compliant in all countries where they deploy personnel. You will become part of the Global Mobility team within Employment Advisory: a dedicated, professional, and energetic team in which we work closely together, share knowledge, and strengthen one another.

In this role, you are involved in the execution, preparation, and coordination of international payroll activities. You support clients with various international mobility issues and work closely with specialist colleagues to arrive at the right solutions.

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll or salary administration.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.

• Interest in international payroll structures and mobility issues.

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Affinity with technology and automation within payroll processes.
