Assistant Accountant Compilation Practice

As an Assistant Accountant Compilation Practice, you will work together with colleagues on processing, compiling, and analyzing financial administrations for a diverse client portfolio. You will support the preparation of annual accounts, interim reports, and tax returns, and actively contribute ideas for improvements in processes and figures.

You stand close to the entrepreneur: you get to know their business and help them with practical financial issues. In doing so, you work with modern systems and digital tools that make our work efficient and future-oriented. Depending on your experience and development, you will receive increasing responsibility and space to take on tasks independently.

You are analytically strong, accurate, and enjoy translating financial information into understandable insights for clients. You enjoy working together, but can also take responsibility for your work independently.

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You are pursuing or have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in Accountancy, Business Economics, or Finance & Control;

• You (preferably) already have some experience within the compilation practice or financial services;

• You have an affinity with financial administrations and reports;

• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when multiple deadlines coincide;

• You communicate clearly and in a client-oriented manner;

• You feel at home in a professional but informal working environment.
