You take control of your assignments and your own development. No-nonsense, à la Crowe.
As a Manager within our Audit practice in Amsterdam, you work independently on audit assignments and lead the assistants in your team. You maintain the overview, ensure that the work is done well and on time, and help colleagues grow in their roles.
With your initiative and fresh ideas, you not only provide direction to your own career, but also contribute to the further development of our organization. Variety and challenge? You will naturally find those here.
You handle the entire client and audit process, from planning to completion.
You are the substantive sparring partner for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
You work with a beautiful mix of clients: from entrepreneurial SMEs to international organizations and non-profits. Variety guaranteed.
You see opportunities in the market and know how to convert them into concrete assignments (because good ideas are fun, but results are even betterer).
You set clear priorities and ensure that deadlines do not become moments of stress.
You make clear agreements with your team and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done.
You bring the team together for a tight execution of the assignment, professional, efficient, and with a little fun along the way.
You are registered as a Registeraccountant and bring at least 8 years of experience in audit.
You are flexible and are open to occasionally lending a helping hand to our colleagues in Oostzaan and Lelystad.
You enjoy sharing your experience and vision with the team; after all, sharing knowledge is multiplying it.
You enjoy taking the lead on diverse projects and maintain an overview while doing so.
You get energy from coaching colleagues and helping them grow in the profession.
You coordinate the service delivery for clients and switch smoothly with specialists from other teams.
You follow the latest developments in the field and help to use data analysis increasingly smarter within the audit practice.
Quality, results, and client-orientation go hand in hand for you.
A good salary, depending on knowledge and experience;
Provision is made for your commuting and business travel costs/resources;
30 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
A laptop and phone allowance you will of course also receive;
We encourage a healthy lifestyle with fresh fruit daily and a healthy lunch;
A pension scheme and the possibility to take out additional insurance through us;
From large-scale New Year's parties and Christmas drinks to Crowe events, running races and padel tournaments, outings and activities are also part of it!
Our Audit department is anything but standard. No alpha behavior or internal competition, but a close-knit club where you are simply seen and where everyone wishes each other success. You get responsibility and the space to grow, with good guidance (including your own buddy) and an open atmosphere in which everyone is ready to help you. From dynamic, varied clients to quintessential Dutch down-to-earthness and no-nonsense group flow: you learn here every day, together. It feels almost like home, with freedom, flexibility, and plenty of room to laugh.
