Do you want to work for national and (inter)national clients in a fast-changing market? Then the role of Senior Manager Audit is for you!
During a meeting regarding the annual accounts, your team presents a discrepancy to you. What explanation lies behind it? And what does it mean for the organization? Together, you sharpen the questions and discuss the findings with the client. In this way, you connect the audit to the people, processes, and social significance of the organization.
You work for public and non-profit organizations, such as municipalities, independent administrative bodies, and foundations. From the initial planning to the completion, you keep the entire audit or assurance engagement in view. Together with the partner, you bear the ultimate responsibility. You provide direction to the audit approach, monitor quality, and ensure that important findings receive the attention they deserve. As a sparring partner, you delve into what concerns the client and translate risks and insights into concrete advice.
Our non-profit practice wants to grow, and you will contribute to that with enthusiasm. You actively seek contact with potential clients and discover which questions are on their minds. You play an important role in tender processes: you translate those conversations into a suitable approach and explain our proposal. In this way, you make concrete for a municipality, institution, or political party what our collaboration can mean.
Within your team, you also want to understand what is happening. When discussing work, you ask colleagues how they arrived at their judgment. You help them sharpen their considerations and take responsibility. In doing so, you connect client, team, and partner: you strengthen relationships, make choices open for discussion, and keep everyone involved in the result.
Innovation and AI are also fully in our spotlight. You enjoy investigating possibilities and actively contribute to the development of our practice.
