Network Architect

You add value with your:

• HBO/WO working and thinking level

• Experience with products such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Aruba and mastery of the underlying network concepts

• Experience with designing and managing/automating complex networks with routers, switches, firewalls, WAFs, and load balancers in public and private cloud

• Experience with firewall policies (FortiGate, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA) and integration of Web Application Firewalls (Citrix Netscaler and Fortiweb)

• Knowledge of VPN technologies such as IPsec site-to-site, Client VPN, Zero Trust, NAC (e.g., with ClearPass), and integration with MFA solutions.

• Knowledge of VLANs, BGP, OSPF, static routing, policy-based routing, GSLB, MPLS/VPLS

• Experience with High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documentation

• Certification in the field of CCNP, CCIE is a plus, FGTA, FGSP, Azure AZ-700, Azure AZ-900, AWS Architect, ITIL Foundation, and TOGAF/Archimate

• Experience with designing and managing spine-leaf architectures and your experience with redundancy and high availability (HA) concepts.

• Effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, empathy, and organizational skills

As a Network Architect within Centric Cloud & Dataservices (DC & Network Services), you will work on challenging projects for various clients. You design and manage complex network infrastructures with routers, switches, firewalls, WAFs, and load balancers, in both private and public cloud. Together with the Security team, you integrate advanced security measures such as DDoS protection, IPS/IDS, and next-gen firewalls into your network designs. In addition to the focus on networking, you also keep the interfaces with the wider IT landscape, such as virtualization, compute, and applications, in view.
Within the team of fellow architects, you determine innovative solutions, enabling us to build our services for our customers in a secure, available, automated, and efficient manner.
