Monitoring Engineer

In this role, you will work with Nagios and actively contribute to the transition to a new generation of monitoring (ManageEngine Site24x7).
You ensure that our customers not only have insight into their IT environment, but are ahead of problems. From optimization to innovation: your work has a direct impact. You make monitoring smarter, faster, and future-proof.

As a Monitoring Engineer, you are the specialist who takes our monitoring environment to a higher level. You ensure that systems, applications, and networks are monitored in a smart, stable, and future-proof manner. In doing so, you not only work on managing our Nagios environment, but primarily on improving, professionalizing, and renewing it.

You analyze faults, think in structural solutions, and translate customer wishes into practical monitoring solutions that truly work. You also play an important role in the transition to Site24x7 and get plenty of room to make processes smarter through automation, scripts, and tooling. In this versatile role, you combine technology, innovation, and responsibility, making a visible daily impact on the quality and reliability of our services.

You work in a small, close-knit team where you are given a lot of freedom and your ideas truly add value. The team consists of 6 people, some of whom have been working together for a long time. Every morning there is a short SCRUM session where planned and ongoing work is reviewed, but there is also space to share your personal story if you would like to.
