Do you have experience leading Salesforce projects or implementations of other SaaS solutions, and are you looking for a new challenge? Intigris is looking for a driven Delivery Manager who gets energy from complex implementations, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving top results with his or her project team.
Today you start the day with the weekly project meeting with your project team for a project for which you are responsible as Delivery Manager. Thanks to the AI summary of the previous session, you are fully up to speed again in two minutes, and you discuss the status and the outstanding actions with your colleagues.
Next, you prepare the steering committee with the client. The client has put an additional wish on the table that actually falls outside the original scope. That requires the right balance: thinking along with the client, but also guarding the business case of the project. You conduct that conversation without noise—with a clear substantiation, a few options, and where necessary a request for extra budget or time. Because you continuously involve the client's project team in progress, scope, and risks, no surprises appear on the table during the steering committee.
Satisfied, you close your laptop. Into the car, on the way to the kick-off with a new client.
As a 'trusted advisor', you build a strong working relationship with our clients, at various levels within their organization. You recognize new opportunities with existing clients and roll these out internally. You also dare to engage in the conversation about scope and budget if the client wants more than what was agreed, and you do so in a way that strengthens trust instead of putting it under pressure. Through your proactive attitude, a long-term collaboration arises in which you are the first point of contact for implementation issues.
For 15 years, we have been a recognized Salesforce Consulting Partner helping companies work smarter by automating and optimizing business processes. Our culture is based on ownership, craftsmanship, and autonomy, and we love to celebrate our successes together.
Are you the driven Delivery Manager who wants to grow with us and make a big impact? Apply now and become part of our diverse and dynamic team!
As Delivery Manager, you are responsible for a healthy margin on your projects, client satisfaction, and guarding the scope throughout the entire process. For the substantive management of the team, you work closely with the Lead Consultant, who guides the junior consultants in their field of expertise. You switch effortlessly between process, relationship, and client expectations. At Intigris, we are increasingly AI-minded: you naturally use AI tools to make your work more efficient—think of recording and summarizing meetings or automatically capturing action items—and you encourage your team to do the same.
