PLM Architect

• Extensive experience with PLM architecture, implementation, and strategy formation, with a demonstrable track record in successful PLM projects.
• In-depth expertise in leading PLM platforms, such as Siemens Teamcenter (TC) and/or Dassault ENOVIA (3DEXPERIENCE).
• Thorough understanding of product development processes, engineering workflows, and manufacturing operations gained in multiple industries.
• Experience with integrating PLM systems with adjacent enterprise applications, such as MES and ALM.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.

• Professional certifications within relevant PLM platforms or architecture frameworks are a plus.

• Language proficiency at a minimum C1 level (oral and written) in both Dutch and English.

You form the bridge between business objectives and technical realization and help organizations make choices that fit within their broader digital and industrial landscape.

In this role, you play a key role in the:

• Designing and realizing of enterprise-wide PLM architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Developing of PLM roadmaps and long-term strategies, through which customers derive maximum value from their PLM investments and are prepared for future growth.
• Performing in-depth analyses of existing PLM landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement, integration issues, and optimization potential.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Advising on PLM platform choice, configuration, and customization, always from the perspective of the total ecosystem and the specific context of the customer.
• Leading technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of PLM solutions.
• Actively following developments and trends within PLM, new technologies, and methodologies, to continuously strengthen and renew our services.
