Full-Stack AI Engineer / Agentic AI

• You have at least eight years of strong hands-on experience with software development and are proficient in Python.
• You have brought at least one AI product to production that real users have worked with, preferably an agentic or multi-step AI system.
• You have experience with full-stack platform development and translating proofs-of-concept into production-ready solutions.
• You have practical experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or a similar framework.
• You have experience with Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AKS, Azure Functions, and API Gateway.
• You have experience with cloud and DevOps practices and with CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep, or Kong.
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and have experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical teams.
• You speak fluent Dutch (C1).

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €8,200, gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer (Agentic AI), you design, build, and implement scalable GenAI solutions and agentic AI systems.

• You work end-to-end, from data ingestion and technical development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. With your experience in Python, cloud, and DevOps practices, you develop microservices, automation, and reusable building blocks for complex AI workflows.
• You collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In doing so, you take security, data safety, data protection, compliance, performance, and costs into account.
• You share your expertise, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture where learning, innovation, and ownership are central.

• Working on scalable, responsible, and cost-effective GenAI solutions, agent-based orchestration, and production-ready AI applications.

• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders on complex technical challenges and reusable solutions.

• Personal guidance to further develop your expertise, technical leadership, adaptability, and ability to share knowledge.
