Senior Teamcenter Application Developer

• 7+ years of experience in Teamcenter application development, including Active Workspace configuration.
• Demonstrable experience in PLM configuration, customization, and integrations with enterprise applications within IT/OT.
• Proven ability to perform root‑cause analyses and implement effective solutions for complex technical problems.
• Strong understanding of workflow configuration and optimization in Teamcenter environments.
• Experience with server‑side programming and API development for PLM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in Java, C++; Mendix is a plus.

As a Senior Teamcenter Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Teamcenter PLM solutions for our clients. Based in Eindhoven, you will work approximately 25% of the time on-site near Antwerp, where you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

In this role, you will play an important part in:

• Developing and configuring Teamcenter applications using Java, C++, and Mendix, and ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Providing first-line training and technical support, resolving complex issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Performing root‑cause analyses on system problems and implementing preventive measures to improve stability.
• Configuring and optimizing workflows to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining interfaces between Teamcenter and other business applications (CAD, e‑mail, logistics, ERP, etc.).
