We boldly go.

• You ensure the timely execution of service and contract work
• You plan efficiently and pay attention to costs, hours, and customer wishes
• You inform and instruct the Service Technicians
• You communicate the schedule to the customer
• You handle breakdowns (call-outs) and, if necessary, you make price agreements for these
• You verify the performed work

On-Site (5 days)

Due to a significantly increased order portfolio, Trane Netherlands is looking for a:

As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for the timely and correct planning of the Service Technicians' activities.

• You are communicative and customer-oriented, capable of building good relationships with customers and Service Technicians
• You have commercial insight, are cost-conscious, and work accurately and punctually
• You have experience working with computer systems and MS Office
• You are eager to learn, can set priorities, and work well in a team
• Our preference goes to experience in HVAC or climate control
• A good command of both the Dutch and English languages is required in this position
