You will begin with a unique Business Course. Together with other starters, you will work on challenging assignments, receive coaching, and develop skills such as collaboration, communication, and personal leadership. Two weeks full of growth and connection. Additionally, you will further develop yourself technically as a business analyst within our business & information solutions community. You will learn to work with modern tools and techniques, obtain immediately relevant certifications, and become acquainted with AI-driven solutions.

You will begin together with other starters in an intensive program in which you work on challenging assignments, receive coaching, and develop skills such as collaboration, communication, and personal leadership. Additionally, you will further develop yourself technically as a business analyst within our business & information solutions community. You will learn to work with modern tools and techniques, obtain immediately relevant certifications, and become acquainted with AI-driven solutions.

• Starting salary of € 3,730 (incl. mobility allowance of €750 and holiday pay);
• Every six months an opportunity for a salary increase during the first year and a half;
• A permanent contract immediately;
• 26 vacation days, good pension scheme, and home office allowance;
• Possibility to travel in a way that suits you, such as an electric lease car, mileage allowance, or NS Business Card.

• Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Business Informatics or Business IT & Management;
• Knowledge of or experience with AI and Agentic tools;
• You have gained relevant internship and/or work experience;
• Affinity with IT;
• Interest in Agile and/or Scrum, User Stories, BPM, and Requirements.
• You are analytical and have process-oriented insight;
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and strong communicator
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (minimum C1 level).
