Senior Consultant Procurement Transformation

• At least 3 years of work experience in management consulting, as a consultant, or in a strategic role within a procurement department of a large organization.
• A master's degree in a relevant field.
• The ability to collaborate with clients, partners, and various stakeholders, to critically assess analyses, and to translate these into practical advice.
• Fluent oral and written command of Dutch and English.

What you will do as Senior Consultant Procurement Transformation

As Senior Consultant Procurement Transformation, you will work within the Procurement Transformation team of Capgemini Invent in the Netherlands. You will support organizations in expanding their procurement capabilities and in designing and implementing tailored solutions for sustainable transformation and further professionalization.

• Hours: 32-40
• Location: Utrecht, remote and from home
• Experience level: Medior/Senior

• Designing, realizing, and securing procurement improvement projects that lead to innovation and sustainable transformation for our leading clients.
• Steering project teams and supporting your client in the design and implementation of innovative procurement solutions.
• Leading multiple workstreams where, from your role and experience, you ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Building strategic, sustainable relationships and ensuring that we are an (inter)national leader in the field of procurement transformation and bringing relevant propositions to the client.
• Contributing to the development of thought leadership and the execution and coordination of internal activities.

• Experience in digital procurement and you already have some knowledge of S/4 Hana.
