As an AI Agile Test Engineer, you look for opportunities for improvement at the client. You can involve the client in these improvement opportunities and guide them through the implementation. You are more than just a tester; you are a Quality Engineer. You know that quality is not only ensured within testing activities, and you actively coach the client and the multidisciplinary team you work in on this. Additionally, you can also coach and advise the team on strategy, tools, and frameworks.

In addition to setting up and executing a test approach or test strategy, you also possess the communication skills to coach the team in this. Are there opportunities for automated testing? You also actively exploit these opportunities. You can read, understand, and modify code yourself, but you can also guide and motivate the team in doing so. Technology continues to evolve, and so do you. For example, you have an interest in the application of AI within testing and quality engineering.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to € 6,950 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance.

• You have (at least) HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• You have worked with AI and/or tested AI tooling.
• You have extensive experience with testing (from 6 years), Agile mindset, and various test tools and frameworks (for example, Playwright, JMeter, Robot Framework).
• You have extensive experience in drafting and executing risk-based test strategies for, for example, user stories or features.
• You have knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (for example, Java or Python) and have knowledge of automated testing.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are communicatively skilled, and proactive.
• You can provide leadership, are coaching and advisory, and are good at stakeholder management at all levels.
• You have certification for TMAP, ISTQB, Rapid Software Testing (or are willing to obtain this).
