Senior Test Automation Consultant

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a test automation engineer;
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Javascript;
• 5+ years of experience with tooling such as Playwright, Tosca, or Robot Framework;
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or REST-Assured;
• Familiar with the Agile methodology and an affinity for AI;
• A TMAP or ISTQB certification.
• You are communicatively strong and switch easily between business and IT
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, take initiative, and dare to take responsibility
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow
• You feel at home in a consultancy environment with variety and dynamism

Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.

• Completed HBO or WO degree;
• Excellent command of the Dutch (B2) and English (B2) languages;

As a Senior Test Automation Consultant, you are more than a specialist: you are an advisor and sparring partner for your client. Together with developers, analysts, and the client, you work on setting up the very best product. You understand the client's wishes and know how to translate them into a working solution. Through this combination of technical knowledge and customer focus, you are able to shape the testing process. You ensure that testing not only becomes better, but also smarter and faster.

• Setting up and improving test automation frameworks
• Advising on test strategy, quality assurance, and an automation roadmap
• Integrating test automation within Agile and DevOps environments
• Working with modern tooling (such as Playwright, RobotFramework, and Tosca)
• Coaching and guiding colleagues and client teams
• Thinking along about innovation, for example applying AI within testing
