At Wessels Zeist, you don't just work on any projects. We create construction projects of all shapes and sizes, each with its own character and impact. From small-scale residential construction to complex utility construction, from design to preparation and from development to maintenance. Wherever and whatever we build, it is always unique.
As a senior Work Preparer, you play a crucial role in the preparation of our construction projects. You ensure that everything is arranged to perfection before execution begins. Thanks to your technical insight and organizational talent, the project proceeds efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. In short: you lay the foundation for a successful construction process.
You take the lead in complex projects, monitor progress, and adjust where necessary. You are a sparring partner for project managers and a mentor for junior colleagues. Together, we ensure that our projects run smoothly - from the first sketch to completion.
And furthermore:
Coordinating drawings, ordering materials, aligning schedules, and maintaining contact with suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues;
Identifying, registering, and handling extra and reduced work, and monitoring budgets and schedules;
Coordinating with architects, clients, advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers so that all aspects of the project run smoothly.
You are a driven personality, easy to approach, and a true self-starter. You are an organizer par excellence and are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders.
