• Carrying out various production processes on a laboratory scale
• Accurately performing chemical and instrumental analyses, such as GC, SFC, and various titrations
• Mixing and producing samples in small and larger quantities
• Processing analysis results and preparing reports and trend analyses in our software system
• Performing sensory analyses
• Professionally labeling and shipping samples to customers
• Preparing products in our application laboratory for customer visits

to strengthen our laboratory team at our location in Zaandam.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible, together with the team, for all specific sample requests from our customers. In collaboration with our Technical Account Managers, you will be closely involved in projects focused on the development and improvement of products and processes. In our modern Product Development laboratory, samples are produced and analyzed through chemical, sensory, and instrumental analyses of products, oils, and fats. Additionally, samples are manufactured via production processes on a laboratory scale.

You will be part of a small and dedicated team that is collectively responsible for all customer-oriented sampling and improvement projects. Within this role, you will work in a modern laboratory equipped with the latest processing and analysis equipment.
