Installation Technology Project Leader in the Netherlands

At HIG Building Solutions, you work on technology that you encounter everywhere: from schools to luxury villas and utility buildings. We primarily focus on the design and installation of electrotechnical installations, data infrastructure, and systems such as access control and fire alarm systems. Together, we work on projects, from large to small. A small part of our work consists of Service and maintenance.

Projects are varied: sometimes a week, sometimes a year or longer. You work in fixed teams on data or electricity, with about 15 colleagues indoors and 40 outdoors. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and personal: just act normally and help each other.

• As a Project Leader, you manage installation technology projects from A to Z

• Highly varied projects in offices, schools, utility buildings, and luxury villas

• You primarily work in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht, and Friesland

• You monitor planning, budget, quality, and safety

• You lead your team of technicians and work preparers and conduct, among other things, evaluation meetings

• You consult with clients and subcontractors

• You maintain oversight and ensure projects are delivered strictly on schedule
