Dual or part-time student – Sales

L2O is the sales department of Bosch Thermotechniek. Responsible for developing the customer base, installers, construction companies, housing associations, and others with the aim of developing loyal, skilled customers who sell our products to end users.

In recent years, the products we sell have changed. Our customer base and our target group have also changed. We must not only have knowledge of boilers, but also of all sustainable technologies. Additionally, the way of selling has changed: from individual sales to consultative selling and data-driven working. Our sales team must be trained to be able to follow these changes effectively. For this purpose, a multi-year plan must be developed and executed. The assignment is to draw up a multi-year plan together with HR and the sales managers, to implement this, and to follow up on its results. Ultimately, this must lead to more turnover and more satisfied customers who are well assisted.

For this position, we are looking for an independent business administration student who sees knowledge development in teams as a challenge. Who wants to guide and facilitate this hands-on. Knows how learning and knowledge development must be shaped in a business environment. Knows how to link this to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and ultimately a larger customer group.

• An educational job for 32 hours per week alongside your studies
• We reward you with a salary between 3190 and 3304 euros gross per month (based on full-time) depending on, among other things, relevant experience;
