You are not only strategic, but also hands-on: you devise, execute, and optimize campaigns that make an impact. With your analyses and initiatives, you ensure that Blue10 is visible, grows, and remains top-of-mind.

In this role, you will take the lead in our online marketing and your position looks as follows:

In short: you combine strategy with action and ensure that ideas become reality.

• You set up smart campaigns and ensure a constant flow of valuable leads for our sales team;

• You build and optimize our lead, nurturing, and marketing automation system;

• You analyze results and adjust to increase impact and efficiency;

• You create content - both written and visual - that resonates and reaches the right target audience at the right time;

• You strengthen our online findability with SEO and SEA;

• You organize business events and communication surrounding our sponsorship contract with Sparta, including activities during home matches.

You are Open, Positive, Practical, and Entrepreneurial. Additionally: 

• Are you someone who loves to take on challenges and wants to see results;

• Do you have extensive experience with lead nurturing and marketing automation in a B2B environment;

• Are you used to working with targets and do you keep an eye on cost of acquisition;

• Do you work independently and take initiative, but can also collaborate well;

• Do you possess HBO/WO working and thinking level and at least 5 years of relevant experience;

• Do you command the Dutch language fluently, both spoken and written;

• Are you analytical, strong in communication, and know how to get others on board.
