At Blue10, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who opens the first door to new customers. You are the one who knows how to find potential customers and makes them curious about what Blue10 can mean for them. Just out of school or just started working? • You build a sharp prospect list based on our ideal customer profile;

• You proactively approach potential customers via telephone, e-mail, and LinkedIn;

• You gauge needs, ask smart questions, and qualify leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs);

• You hand over qualified leads, fully briefed, to the rest of the Sales team;

• You send catchy, short content via e-mail and LinkedIn that encourages a response;

• You keep everything organized in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM);

• You share your insights with the team, because together we build a healthy pipeline.

• You are Open, Positive, Practical, and Enterprising;

• You are curious, goal/performance-oriented, energetic, and not afraid to pick up the phone;

• You are eager to learn, act on feedback immediately, and dare to try new approaches;

• Sales experience? Not required. Desire to learn and grow? Essential.

• You have just obtained an HBO diploma (or will complete it soon) and have excellent command of the Dutch language.
