Product Manager ERP

As a Product Manager ERP, you are part of the Product team. The team is divided into four domains: Workflow, Platform, ERP, and Contracts. You work daily on an optimal integration of Blue10 with the linked accounting systems, including Exact online, Business Central, Twinfield, and Visma. With your financial background, you understand the needs and working methods of accountants. You optimize the Blue10 interface so that important choices in the financial process are presented clearly to the user and other choices can be skipped at a glance. This keeps the accountant fully in control and ensures the workflow is logical and pleasant. Together with the business analyst, you monitor changes in the accounting packages and the impact this has on the processing of invoices and delivery notes.

In short, your work week looks like this:

• You investigate the needs and uses of customers;

• You optimize the integration of Blue10 with the most well-known accounting systems;

• You maintain contact with the developers of the connections and ensure developments are 'aligned';

• You monitor the roadmap, the sprint planning, the backlog, and determine the priorities;

• You flesh out work items, together with the Business Analyst (design, feature, user stories);

• You monitor the development velocity and hold regular consultations with all stakeholders;

• You monitor the quality of the solution (technical and functional);

• You use targeted product marketing to increase feature adoption.

• You have a financial background and understand the financial context;

• You are convinced that processing can be smarter, ensuring that the accountant and other financial specialists are continuously ‘in control’;

• You have a strong drive to make a difference through Product management;

• You are a strong communicator and know how to engage people;

• You are strong in managing multiple projects;

• You have a clear opinion and are result-oriented;

• You possess a HBO/WO working and thinking level and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
